Purposes of the processing
Your personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 of the European Parliament and Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data for the purpose of: service quality research, analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator Article 6 section 1, letter “f” of the Regulation),
d) receiving commercial information, marketing offers, including discounts and promotions, pursuant to (Article 6 section 1, letter “a” of the Regulation), provided that consent has been given.

Time of processing
Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the performance of the contract, extended by the period of limitation of claims, if such processing is necessary for the execution or protection against claims and for the period during which the Administrator is obliged to store them in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law.
In the case of giving consent to the processing, the data will be processed until the withdrawal of this consent or removal of the account from the website platform of the Service. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.

Rights of the data subject
You have the right at any time to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, to access and rectify personal data, to erase them, to restrict the processing, to transfer them to another controller and to object to the processing without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to the withdrawal of your consent,
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection – if you consider that the processing of the data by the Administrator is contrary to the Regulation

Data of the recipients of personal data
The Administrator transfers personal data only to entities providing services necessary for the Administrator to perform the agreement, e.g. IT system providers, entities dealing with technical preparation, order fulfillment, accounting service, invoicing and billing of contracts, entities providing legal services and receivables recovery, postal courier operators, banks during the payment process and authorities authorized to collect personal data in accordance with the provisions of the law in force. In such cases, the amount of data to be transmitted shall be limited to the minimum required. In addition, the information you provide may be made available to the competent public authorities if required by the law in force.

Obligation and consequences of not providing personal data
Where processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6 section 1 letter “a” of the regulation, i.e. based on the consent for processing, which mean that the lack of consent will result in your personal data is not processed and will be deleted from our databases.

Your personal data will be processed automatically, including in the form of profile shaping, which will make it possible to identify shopping preferences.

II. COOKIES POLICY
Definitions
Administrator – means mPTech ltd.with its registered office in Warsaw, Nowogrodzka 31 street, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Warsaw, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 243245, having the share capital of PLN 13,712,500 and NIP: 895-18-45-043

  1. Cookies – means IT data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on devices through which the User uses the Website.2. Administrator’s Cookies – shall mean Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of services by the Administrator electronically through the Website.3. External cookies – means Cookies placed through the Website by Administrator’s partners.4. Service – means a website or an application under which the Administrator runs a website operating in the www.app4family.eu domain
  2. Device – means an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Service.6. User – means an entity for which, in accordance with the Regulations and legal acts, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

Cookies

  1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to reach the User Devices through this route. These files allow to identify software used by the User and adjust the Service individually for each User.
    Cookies usually contain the domain name from which they originate from, the time they are stored on the Device and the assigned value.
  2. The Administrator uses 2 types of cookies files.
    Session cookies: are stored on the User’s device and remain there until the end of the browser’s session. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the device memory. The session cookie mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal or confidential information from the User’s Device.Permanent Cookies: these cookies are stored on your device and remain there until you delete them. Terminating the session of a particular browser or switching off the Device does not delete it from the User’s Device. The permanent cookie mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal or confidential information from the User’s Device.The user can restrict or disable the access of cookies to his device. if you use this option, you will be able to use the Website, except for the functions that by their nature require cookies.

The purposes for which cookies are used:
